Nioxin Shampoos?

I have recently started using Nioxin, I absolutely love the shampoo and conditioner, however with the scalp treatment I find it makes my hair go all stiff and horrible and makes my head itch a bit. Does anyone else have the same effects?Nioxin Shampoos?

Which scalp treatment are you using? Where are you applying it (whole scalp or just the troubled area's?) Generally, the most common side effect from the scalp treatment is redness.
